The Foundation is dedicated to advancing opportunities that foster self-confidence, education, wellness, and leadership development.

At the Phenomenal Foundation, we create opportunities that transform lives. Our work is grounded in the belief that when women and girls of color are supported, empowered, and celebrated, entire communities rise.
We do this by:
Empowering through Education – Offering scholarships, mentoring, and skill-building programs that prepare women and girls for academic and career success.
Promoting Wellness – Leading initiatives that support physical, mental, and emotional health, encouraging balance and resilience.
Developing Leaders – Providing leadership training, workshops, and opportunities for women and girls to grow as changemakers in their schools, workplaces, and communities.
Advocating for Equity – Using our platform to raise awareness, amplify voices, and champion issues that impact women and girls of color.
Celebrating Excellence – Honoring the achievements of phenomenal women and girls while creating spaces where their stories inspire the next generation.
